Welcome to Not Too Late Tutoring! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By booking a session, making a purchase, or accessing any part of this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Offered

We provide one-on-one technology tutoring services for older adults, including assistance with using smartphones, tablets, computers, and popular apps. Sessions are conducted remotely unless otherwise specified.

2. Booking and Scheduling

You may book an introductory or paid session through our website via Calendly. The introductory session is free. Paid sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Sessions may be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances affecting Not Too Late Tutoring.

3. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store payment information. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with a session, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when booking a session. You are responsible for ensuring the senior has access to a compatible device and a stable internet connection.

6. Privacy

We collect names, phone numbers, and email addresses to deliver our services. We never sell your information. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, design, and materials, is the property of Not Too Late Tutoring and may not be used without permission.
