Grandmother getting patient help with phone and laptop

Help Your Parent or Grandparent Feel Confident with Technology

Helping parents or grandparents with technology can be stressful — for them and for you. My patient, one-on-one tech help for parents and grandparents makes learning simple, safe, and empowering. Instead of being the teacher, you can finally relax and enjoy just being family again — with peace of mind that they’re connected and secure online.

How It Works

  1. Start with a Free Setup Call (by phone)
We begin with a short phone call to get your (grand)parent connected. I walk them through installing and testing Zoom or FaceTime (or another option they prefer), and make sure they feel comfortable. If video isn’t ready yet, the first lesson can stay on the phone. There’s no cost and no obligation to continue.
  2. Choose the Right Topics Together
During setup, we’ll decide what lessons will be most helpful. Your input is welcome — you can highlight areas you’d like me to cover, such as online safety, staying in touch with family, or managing photos. This way, your loved one gets a plan that matches both their needs and your peace of mind.
  3. Build Confidence Lesson by Lesson
With patient, private sessions, your loved one learns at their own pace. You can choose a single lesson, a 3-session starter pack, or a monthly plan. They gain independence and confidence — while you can relax knowing they have ongoing support.

The Instructor

Meet Your Tech Guide

I’m Vassil, and I’ve spent years helping people of all ages feel more comfortable with technology — especially parents and grandparents who may feel anxious or left behind. I approach every lesson with patience, encouragement, and zero judgment, so your mom, dad, or grandparent can relax and actually enjoy learning.

Over time, I’ve helped even the most “tech-phobic” seniors do things they never thought possible — from video calls with family, to emailing confidently, to staying safer online. My goal is simple: to give your parent or grandparent more independence with technology, and to give you peace of mind knowing they’re supported.

First Session - Setting Up

FREE

Not sure if your parent or grandparent will even get connected? That’s exactly what the free setup call is for. One-Time Session

$65

After the free setup call, you may want to try a single full lesson. In this 50-minute session, your parent or grandparent can focus on the topic that matters most to them — whether that’s staying safer online, using their favorite apps more confidently, or simply feeling less frustrated with everyday tasks. It’s a simple way to see how the lessons work before committing to a package.

3-Session Starter Pack (Most Common)

$180

One lesson can answer a question — but lasting confidence usually takes more than that. With the 3-session starter pack, your parent or grandparent gets steady, step-by-step guidance over multiple lessons. Together, we’ll decide which topics to cover, and build on them at a pace that feels comfortable.

Monthly Tutoring Plan (Cancel Anytime)

$95/month

For ongoing support, the monthly plan provides two private lessons each month, plus the ability for your parent or grandparent to email me anytime they have a question. This consistency helps build lasting confidence and independence, while easing the anxiety that often comes with learning technology. It’s the best option for seniors who want to gain true proficiency with their electronics — with steady guidance they can count on.
